Mick Moss, Director, Product Management, Neustar

During the last several years, Mick has placed a special focus on helping businesses overcome the impacts of the robocalling epidemic and restoring trust in phone calls.  Most recently, Mick production launched Caller Name Optimization to deliver a trusted call experience to increase enterprise customer engagement through consistent caller naming and brand reputation management. 

Prior to joining Neustar, Mick held technical and managerial positions with Sprint and Transaction Network Services.  With over 20 years’ experience in the Communications industry, Mick has launched several large-scale wireless network platforms and voice authentication services projects.


Gaurav Sharma, Sr. Director – Solutions Architecture, Neustar

Gaurav Sharma is Senior Director of Solutions Architecture as part of Product Management at Neustar. He is responsible for Architecting and Leading Product development for Solutions and Services under “Trusted Call Solutions” portfolio. He also has the responsibility for commercial deployments of STIR/SHAKEN along with supporting ATIS test bed related activities for the Industry. Gaurav has over 25 years of Telecom experience at various levels including leadership positions at Siemens, Lucent/Bell Labs, TNS and Verisign. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus.


Brice Smith, Solutions Architect, First Orion

Brice Smith is a solutions architect at First Orion, where he designs solutions for partners and carriers focused on Branded Communication and Communication Protection, ensuring their success. His work in designing and supporting data solutions spans nearly a decade, and before First Orion, he worked at Acxiom. Brice attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in information science.


Joe Dechant, Senior Director, Network Technology and Architecture, TNS.

Joe Dechant – Sr. Director – Network Technology & Architecture; Joe is responsible for customer and product innovation by leading the Network Technology Architecture & Solutions Engineering organizations.  Joe’s primary focus aligns with evolving strategies to grow TNS product capabilities in Network, Call Analytics, Signaling, and IPX managed services for TNS across Communications Market Segment.  Over 20+years of experience in leading technology focused teams for TNS Comms Market has evolved from Signaling, Roaming, and Interconnect hubs to support development/launch of applications for delivering high value market changing trusted communications to consumers through TNS Call Guardian Mobile & Carrier Solutions.  In current role Joe and his team supports the network technology and product architecture for bridging gap between Enterprises and Consumers through Enterprise Authentication capabilities.  Call Authentication is critical component ensuring Branded experiences necessary to bring trust back to voice.  Joe’s organizations support both Product, and Sales activities.


Matt Weller, Sr Director Revenue Operations, Hiya.

Matt Weller is an industry veteran with over 20 years of product management and marketing experience. Prior to Hiya he held roles at Verizon Wireless and Nextel where led the launch of Verizon’s first consumer app and the company’s efforts to combat spam and fraud calls. As Senior Director of Revenue Operations, Matt is responsible for growing Hiya’s branded calling business, as well as managing the identity protection and authentication policies with enterprise customers and telecommunications industry partners.
