Scott Mullen

As Chief Technology Officer, Scott is responsible for the development, engineering, operations and overall technical strategy of the Bandwidth platforms and services.

Scott is a seasoned technologist with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering and software development. He has deep experience in building highly scalable software platforms and has built development teams capable of scaling with the business in high growth communications companies.

Prior to Bandwidth Scott worked for Lucent Technologies designing and implementing their next generation IP platforms and applications.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Computer Science.


Nick Sgroi

Nick Sgroi has over 20 years of Telecom experience and expertise.  He currently serves as Bandwidth Inc’s. SVP of Product and Network Strategy, Nick has full P&L responsibility for Bandwidth’s core product portfolio, is responsible for overall Network Strategy, and serves as an internal subject matter expert supporting Corporate Development, Network Development, and Regulatory affairs.  Nick also serves as an Advisory Board Member for SOMOS.  Prior to Bandwidth, Nick served EarthLink for over 13 years, most notably as the GM and VP of Carrier Services.


Greg Rogers

Greg Rogers is Head of Global Policy and Regulatory Affairs for Bandwidth Inc., where he leads Bandwidth’s regulatory and public policy matters. Bandwidth’s software-enabled communications platform (CPaaS) powers a wide-range of innovative VoIP and Messaging services. Bandwidth is also a leading industry provider of VoIP 9-1-1 routing services across the country.  Bandwidth’s nationwide Internet Protocol-based network incorporates its wholly owned facilities-based CLEC with an interconnection footprint that spans the 48 continental states. Greg has been leading Bandwidth’s regulatory and public policy efforts since 2010.  Greg also serves on the Board of Directors of both the SIP Forum and Incompas. Prior to joining Bandwidth, he managed state and federal regulatory matters at Level 3 Communications. Greg is an alumnus of The Colorado College and the University of Colorado School of Law.


Tom Soroka

Since joining Bandwidth 3 years ago, Tom has created and currently leads the Bandwidth Fraud Mitigation Team as its Director. Under Tom’s stewardship, this team is now responsible for preventing, detecting and mitigating several types of fraudulent traffic on Bandwidth’s networks, including unlawful robocalls, IRS and social security scams, text messaging SPAM and International Revenue Share Fraud. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the DoD and Telecom industries. Tom holds a BSEE from the State University of New York, College of Technology.
