Is the TRACED Act getting it done? While analytics and STIR/SHAKEN call authentication are reducing robocalls and call spoofing, legitimate enterprise calls are often inadvertently marked as spam or blocked. STIR/SHAKEN relies on the carrier having complete information when a call is signed, but this is often not the case especially for enterprise calls.

Join us as we tackle the following questions:

  • What business challenges are you having with your enterprise call experience?
  • What have you done to resolve the situation?
  • What has been the impact to the organization?
  • What would your business like to see from the technologies available to you?
