STIR/SHAKEN Strategies for Enabling Trusted Connections between Enterprises and Their Customers

Sponsored by

The numbers don’t lie: Enterprises who can talk directly to customers reap countless benefits over those who cannot or do not. BUT…. In order to have these kinds of direct conversations, customers need to answer calls from enterprises, which means that consumers need to be able to trust the number that is calling them.

One of the keys to providing a frictionless, enhanced customer experience is to achieve A-level attestation. To accomplish this, businesses need consistent, reliable and predictable ways to obtain and share their verified credentials across all public networks. Sound like an insurmountable task? Luckily, it doesn’t have to be.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Find out how to go beyond the baseline and create a truly memorable and quality user experience
  • Learn how Service Providers can help businesses and enterprises leverage products and solutions to strengthen trust with their customers and bring additional value
  • See how when it comes to gaining attestation on voice calls – How can Responsible Organizations build on their relationships with their enterprises by helping them receive A-Level Attestation.
