SIPNOC 2026 Venue and Dates
In order to make travel to SIPNOC 2026 from points in Europe as well as locations in the United States as convenient as possible, the SIP Forum will be hosting SIPNOC 2026 in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel in Herndon, Virginia, just a few minutes from Dulles airport.
The dates for SIPNOC 2026 are confirmed for Tuesday, September 15 through Thursday, September 17, 2026.
For your travel planning purposes, you should plan to arrive at the venue no later than Monday, September 14th. The conference will start promptly the morning of Tuesday, September 15th and run all the way through Thursday, September 17th, with timely and important sessions scheduled all the way to the very end! SIPNOC 2026 will end late afternoon, @5pm, on Thursday, September 17th, so you could plan on departing later that evening or night – or much better, on Friday, September 18th.
SIPNOC 2026 Program Committee and CFP
The SIPNOC Program Committee ensures that the SIPNOC 2026 agenda is built by a panel of operational experts and presented in a setting that will encourage the meaningful exchange of day-to-day operational experiences.
This program committee reviews workshop topic proposals and draft presentations, helping to ensure that the resulting discussions focus on implementation experiences, best practices, key industry trends and considerations, and actionable recommendations.

Focus on the Call and Text Authentication Ecosystem
SIPNOC 2026 will once again return to live, in-person proceedings, and continue and expand its focus on the broad Call Authentication ecosystem and the continuing efforts to eliminate illegal Robocalls, Caller ID Spoofing, and Robotexts, as well as other related topics, including the STIR/SHAKEN Framework, Call Analytics and Vetting, Branded Calling and Rich Call Data, International Traceback and STIR/SHAKEN adoption, KYC initiatives, Enterprise requirements and challenges, new SMS Text Authentication initiatives, associated Federal and State regulatory and enforcement actions, AI associated topics, and more.
For the upcoming conference, a unique three-day agenda is being developed specifically for industry stakeholders in the Call Authentication ecosystem, including telecommunications providers, major backbone operators, interconnect and wholesale solution providers, ISPs, cable operators, wireless network operators and large enterprises, as well as industry stakeholders in the Robocall/Robotext and Caller ID Spoofing elimination/mitigation ecosystem, including governmental regulators and agencies, equipment manufacturers, enterprises, government agencies, contact centers, application providers and data analytics firms.
To address unwanted and illegal Robocalls, the SIP Forum and the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) formed the Network to Network Interface (NNI) Joint Task Force to develop standards to verify and authenticate caller identification for calls carried over an Internet Protocol (IP) network using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The outcome of this effort has been the SHAKEN Call Authentication Framework.
Comprised of presentations and panel discussions given by the experts responsible for the development of the STIR/SHAKEN Framework as well as leaders in other areas of the Call Authentication industry, including “Know Your Customer” solutions providers and call analytics experts, the SIPNOC 2026 agenda will examine in detail the work and milestones of the ongoing efforts to combat telecom fraud. With currently more than 400 participants, the joint SIP Forum and ATIS IP-NNI Task Force has been meeting regularly for the past several years to define call authentication specifications and is comprised of telecommunications technical experts representing a range of telephony service providers and suppliers, both large and small, which serve both consumers and businesses.
Important, associated domestic and international regulatory issues will also be on the agenda, as the United States Federal Communications Commission, the CRTC in Canada, and other International regulatory agencies have all endorsed this important work.

SIPNOC 2026 Conference Registration
Although it is too early to register for SIPNOC 2026, for your event budgeting purposes please see the rates below for our previous SIPNOC 2025 conference. We expect that the rates for 2026 will be in-line with those from last year.
Regular All-Access Conference Pass: The regular “All-Access” SIPNOC 2025 conference registration fee was $1595, and included access to all three days of General Session conference proceedings. This “all-inclusive” fee also included networking-friendly breakfasts, lunches and break refreshments and snacks, and special networking dinner receptions the first and second nights of the event!
Full Member All-Access Pass: Individuals from SIP Forum Full Member companies save $200 on an All-Access Pass. Please note that in order to qualify for this rate, you must be employed by a SIP Forum Full Member company. SIPNOC 2026 Hotel Reservations
The SIP Forum has negotiated a nicely discounted room rate of $209/night at the four-star Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel. This rate includes free in-room WiFi Internet access, self-parking, and shuttle bus service to and from the airport!
The hotel shuttle bus begins its runs at 5:15 am – 12:30 am, and picks up passengers at the airport on the hour and half-hour at curb 2A and 2H. For trips back to the airport, the shuttle leaves the hotel at the 15’s and 45’s of each hour.
The cut-off date to receive the SIPNOC 2026 Room Block rate is August 28, 2026. Please note that reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

SIPNOC is an educational conference for technologists and engineers within the operator and Call Authentication community to share ideas, experiences (both good and bad).
