9. Large-Scale FoIP: Lessons Learned

In 2009, Voxbone started offering a hosted inbound FAX service. Like many operators in the industry, the company experienced a wide range of interoperability issues between Fax-over-IP and PSTN FAX equipment.

This session will focus on Voxbone's experience in supporting and troubleshooting their FoIP services. The discussion will explore specific interoperability issues and their resolutions, along with the infrastructure and methodologies used to simplify troubleshooting in large-scale FoIP deployments.
