Section 6.1 - Multi-part MIME is a non trivial set of stuff. I'd be  
surprised to see most PBX support all of it. You might want to instead  
just requires the parts of that Gonzalo's draft. I do think you should  
require at least non recursive multipart mixed. Lots of PBX don't  
support this but it is easy and we are in a world of trouble to  
negotiate backwards compatible body extensions without it.
