[SIPForum-techwg] Billing and 302

The whole issues of how transfer or 302 redirect will work with  
billing can not be just waved away to "SP should think about this  
because the people that understand all the specs find it too  
complicated to figure out". I'm not saying we should design the SP's  
billing system but I think we need to assume explain how it would be  
possible to bill for this or allow the SP to configure the PBX not to  
do this if they can't bill for it.
