Who said they would "block SDP"? They can of course, and there's nothing we can do about that, but we're just talking about whether they "MUST pass the media and attribute lines unchanged". That requirement is not applicable to this profile spec.
Trust me, the Service Provider's have plenty of incentive to let your call succeed. How they do that within their domain is no business of this profile spec, and cannot be mandated by fiat. It may very well be that they have to modify the SDP *for the purpose of* having it succeed.
