"...the Request-URI SHOULD be contain a dial string URI"

Given the recent discussion of removing the dial string URI from Section 10.2.1, should we also consider removing it here?

"SIP-PBXs MUST insert P-Asserted-Identity/P-Preferred-Identity per Section 10.2.3/10.2.4 when establishing a call recognized as an emergency call"

Given that 10.2.3 makes insertion of P-Asserted-Identity a MAY and indicates that the Service Provider will ignore it if it isn't within the trust domain, is this really a MUST in all circumstances or do we need a clarification?

Also, I have recently encountered usage of the Priority: header with a value of "emergency" in order to indicate an Emergency call. Is this something that should be mentioned?
