I didn't quite grok your proposed text, but thought I understood what you 
were proposing - please let me know if this text works for you:

"The Enterprise Network provides information to allow the Service Provider 
to configure mapping of the Enterprise FQDN to the SIP-PBX signaling 
address/port and transport at the SP-SSE."
