Would those whose email address / company affiliation are not complete

Thanks to Scott, who completed his action concerning open source
configuration server code (see email attached). Scott, would you like
this information posted on the web site?

I had previously asked others with actions if they could complete by
31st August, but clearly this was not feasible. Let's see if we can
complete this week instead (by 7th September), or if not possible, let
me have a date.
