[SIPForum-techwg] Any remaining section updates from the face-to-face?

Spencer,

John, David, Martin, Alan and I are having a number of offline discussions
around the transfer text.  This really didn't get going till last week and
is admittedly taken longer to formulate.  I hope we can get some proposed
text towards the end of this week...but I doubt we will agree before end of
next week at the earliest.
