Well, almost certainly, this is where the editing starts...

I'm not sure if I said this well, but my goal for the 00 draft was to 
collect as much as I could from the several contributions we received, so 
there is duplication, and one could argue for several document 
organizational changes as well. That's a significant amount of the work 
going forward to post-00 drafts, I think.

It is my intent (right, Richard?) to submit a revision based on mailing list 
comments before our meeting in Denver, so if people can continue to send 
comments before the meeting, that will move things along quite a bit.
