[SIPForum-techwg] SIPconnect 1.1 baseline - IPv6

So I guess there are four options:
1. Mandate IPv4 only (which Henning is violently opposed to)
2. Mandate IPv6 for use in IPv6-only environments.
3. Mandate dual stack support (which would include things like
ICE/ICE-lite for negotiating version for media).
4. Mandate interworking (this is the area that is still heavily under
discussion in the IETF).
Personally I think option 1 would be sufficient, and I would not want to
go beyond option 2. Even option 2 raises the bar somewhat - my goal is
to keep the bar low and encourage a critical mass of implementations and
deployments.
