These examples violate RFC 3261 rules.
"user=phone" can only be used to indicate that the user part of the SIP
URI represents a phone number, i.e. is equivalent to a tel: URI. This is
not the case in the examples listed above (even if
"sales at acmerockets.com" is interpreted as extension "72537" at
acmerockets.com's telephone network "sales" is not a valid tel: URI
format).
