The IP Unity Auto Attendant automatically answers and routes all incoming calls to the correct destination. The auto attendant provides basic capabilities such as customized greetings and dial-by-name directory, and also allows for scripting to access frequently requested numbers for departments such as Sales, Customer Support, Billing, etc. A fully customized IVR tree can be easily created using a Web interface, and prompts can be recorded and updated in multiple languages.
