Hotsip Multimedia Communications Engine Print E-mail

The Hotsip's Multimedia Communication Engine (M2CE™) is a carrier-grade SIP and J2EE application server and is the core product of Hotsip's offerings. The server provides off-the-shelf applications such as telephony, presence, messaging and conferencing and/or a service creation environment (SCE) for building customised applications.

Hotsip offers off-the-shelf and media-rich applications such as telephony, messaging, conferencing and presence. Both the SIP Application Server and applications are commercially deployed with high profile customers.

Telephony offers a first or second line telephony and VoIP service with standard supplementary services. Telephony adds even more value to the end user with services like voice and video.

Messaging stores and forwards messages of any MIME type, both for broadband solutions as well as 3G/IMS. It can be based on presence, registration or time.

Presence drives voice, video and messaging traffic in the operator's network and is the user's way of telling someone when to contact how he feels, what he is doing and where he is.

A converged fixed to mobile instant conferencing application enables the users not just to send instant messaging and use presence between fixed and mobile networks but also to initiate instant conferences withseveral attendants on either fixed, mobile or PC clients. This is a true converged service that will run on GPRS, EDGE or 3G.
