This is the updated, proposed version 5 of the SIP Forum Bylaws, which must be voted on by a super-majority of the SIP Forum Full Members during the 2008 Annual General Meeting.
Material changes to the Bylaws relate to the addition of an educational/institutional membership category. These changes have been highlighted in yellow in the document.
