Facility: The Westin Times Square

Back for its third year, Light Reading and Heavy Reading will host Green Broadband 2010: Devising Implementation Strategies for Cable Operators & Telcos, a one-day conference in New York, designed to provide telecom executives with a vital and concise summary of the challenges and opportunities network operators must consider in developing implementation strategies for green programs. In recognition that telecom operators face both similar and unique challenges, the conference structure includes common sessions, as well as segment-specific panel discussions.

There is little debate within the telecom industry that environmental initiatives are of paramount importance. But developing practical and justifiable implementation strategies can be difficult on several levels for a number of reasons. This conference will provide attendees with a better understanding of the risks and rewards involved, and offer practical advice as the implementation phase begins.

If you are employed by a service provider or cable/MSO, or are a network professional at a large enterprise, educational establishment, utility, or government agency, you may qualify for free admission to the event. If you do not qualify for free admission, Light Reading & SIP FORUM invite you to register to attend for 25% off ($125 savings!) Just enter promo code "SIP25" when registering or just use this link: http://www.lightreading.com/live/default.asp?survey_id=713&surveyquestion_7384_prepop=SIP25.
